Origin
A name of uncertain origin. Given its location in the Ys equivalent of Egypt, possibilities include it being based on the name of the pharaoh Khufu whose name is written similarly in Japanese, the word Kheper (Ancient Egyptian for 'to exist' or 'to come into being') or on the opposite end of the spectrum the word Khef ('destroyed').
