Orbal Factory 'Strauss'
Origin: German
Source Name: Strauß
Japanese: シュトラウス工房
Appears In: Sen no Kiseki III-IV

Origin

Strauss is two separate words in German. The first word meaning 'Ostrich' is derived from the Latin Avis Struthio, itself derived from Ancient Greek. The second word meaning 'Bouquet' is from Old High German.

Appearances

  • Strauss is a shop in Ordis that can be visited in Sen no Kiseki III and IV.

Trivia

  • Strauss is a very common Germanic surname, including the two famous unrelated nineteenth century composers Johann (II) and Richard Strauss. Falcom has directly referenced the former composer in its works.
