Scorpio is the Latin word for the venomous arachnids known in English as scorpions, derived from the Greek word Skorpios. The name is also frequently used to refer to the constellation more properly known as Scorpius.
Appearances
- Scorpio as a name for the constellation is indirectly referred to by the Jaeger group Red Constellation, whose emblem is that of a red scorpion traced against a pattern of stars. The emblem first appears in Zero no Kiseki where it is associated with Randy's second S-Craft, Death Scorpion.
- Scorpio is a Mirage-elemental Master Quartz in Sen no Kiseki III and IV, initially equipped by Ash Carbide.
