Diva
Origin: Latin
Japanese: ディーヴァ
Appears In: Sen no Kiseki III-IV

Origin

Diva is Latin for 'Divine' or 'Godlike' and is the feminine form of the word Divus. The word was inherited by Italian where it became associated with female star performers in the arts, usually in operatic or other singing roles.

Appearances

  • Vita Clotilde in her guise as a singer at the Heimdallr Opera House is known as the Azure Diva (蒼の歌姫ディーヴァ) in reference to the modern usage of the term.
  • Diva is a Time-elemental Master Quartz in Sen no Kiseki III and IV, initially equipped by Altina Orion. NISA localized this as Deva.
