This is a play on the expression that something is 'Solid as the Rock of Gibraltar', meaning something that is extremely safe or immovable.

Appearances

  • This is the title of the song that plays during the operation to retake Juno Naval Fortress from Ouroboros' forces in Sen no Kiseki III. Juno is a crucial naval installation, much like Gibraltar was for the British Navy in the past.
