Origin

Valhalla means 'Hall of the Slain' and is the abode of Odin in Norse mythology. Half the heroes who die in battle are received by Odin at Valhalla where they await the coming of Ragnarok, hence the name.

Appearances

  • The title theme of Popful Mail is called Opening - Distant Valhalla (オープニング 遥かなるヴァルハラ).
  • Valhalla is a Space-elemental Master Quartz in Sen no Kiseki III and IV, originally equipped by Aurelia Le Guin.
