Eclipse
Origin: Ancient Greek
Source Name: ἔκλειψις
Japanese: エクリプス
Appears In: Sen no Kiseki III-IV, Hajimari no Kiseki, Ys IX

Origin

An eclipse is an astronomical phenomenon in which one body is obscured by a second body or by its shadow. The word comes from the Ancient Greek Ekleipsis, in turn derived from Ekleipo (ἐκλείπω), meaning 'Vanish' or 'Go Missing'.

Appearances

  • Eclipse Edge (イクリプスエッジ) is a Craft usable by Emma Millstein from Sen no Kiseki III onwards, replacing her earlier Ethereal Calibur.
  • The Eclipse (ジ・エクリプス) is Zoro Agruga's S-Craft in Sen no Kiseki III, also used by Belus Agruga in Sen IV.
  • Eclipse is a whipsword used by Anemona in Ys IX.
