Origin

Fenrir is Old Norse for 'fen-dweller' and is the name of the monstrous wolf, son of Loki and Angrboda who is fated to kill Odin.

Appearances

  • Fenrir is a wolf enemy appearing in Level 4 of Revival Xanadu Scenario II.
  • Cain's starship in Star Trader is named Fenrir.
  • In Akai Shizuku, Fenrir is one of the five Water-elemental Spirits and can be summoned by Eleanor and (in the PC98 version) Avin.
  • The Fenrir Claw (フェンリルクロウ) is an accessory in Ys IX.
