Origin

The name is a combination of the Hebrew word Emet or Emeth meaning 'Truth' and the Latin word for 'Warrior'.

Appearances

  • Emeth Bellator is a boss encountered in the Quarry Ruins in Ys IX. Unlike its counterpart from earlier in the game, it is still mobile.

Trivia

  • The names of this boss and its counterpart are a reference to the Jewish folktales of the golem.
