Origin

The name is derived from 'Maggot', a non-technical term for certain legless larvae of flies which feed on decomposing matter. The word can be traced through English back to a Proto-Germanic root.

  • The Muagout is an enemy appearing in underground regions of Balduq in Ys IX.
