Origin
Taken from the name of the largest mountain range in Europe, whose name is derived from the Latin word Alpes, which was a preexisting Celtic word the Romans borrowed.
Appearances
- While the Alp as a region hasn't been explored in any games to date, the Elderm Mountains in Ys III are possibly a northern extension of the range.
