Noir Mont-Blanc
Origin: French
Japanese: ノワールモンブラン
Appears In: Sen no Kiseki III

Origin

Noir is French for 'Black' and Mont Blanc means 'White Mountain'. A Mont-Blanc is a desert of northern Italian origins (but extremely popular in France and later Japan) made with sweetened chestnut puree capped with whipped cream; the dessert's name comes from the appearance of a snow-capped mountain.

Appearances

  • Noir Mont-Blanc is a recipe in Sen no Kiseki III which can only be cooked by Altina Orion, who is associated strongly with the color black.
