Origin
Arche is the French word for 'Ark', more specifically the word used in French to describe the Ark of the Covenant (as 'Arche d'alliance'). Rouge is French for 'Red'. Hence the word as a whole means 'Red Ark'.
Appearances
- Arche Rouge is one of the Sept-Terrion in the Kiseki Series, controlling the element of Fire and granting dominion over the soul. The kanji underlying the katakana name give the meaning 'Crimson Holy Ark'.
