Origin

Lacrima is Latin (and Italian) for 'Tear'.

Appearances

  • In Sen no Kiseki, Lake Lacrima (ラクリマ湖畔) is a location in the Nord Highlands.
  • In Ys IX, Lacrima are crystals that appear during Grimwald Night battles which must be destroyed. They are vaguely tear-shaped.
  • Also in Ys IX, the song that plays during offensive Grimwald battles is LACRIMA CRISIS.
