Gwyn Reinford
Origin: Welsh
Japanese: グエン・ラインフォルト
Description (E): Sen no Kiseki I-IV, Hajimari no Kiseki

Origin

Gwyn is a Welsh given name (and can also be written as Gwỳn) and means 'Blessed' or 'White'.

Appearances

  • Gwyn Reinford is the father of Irina and the grandfather of Alisa, the former head of the Reinford Group and appears in the Sen no Kiseki series and Hajimari.

Trivia

  • Gwyn's name is very similar to that of Guin Sard Rhineford (グエン・サード・ラインフォード), a politician from Turn A Gundam who dreams of starting a new industrial revolution. The similarity may be intentional, as Falcom references that series on other occasions.
