Origin

The name is a combination of the Hebrew word Met or Meth meaning 'Dead' and the Latin word for 'Warrior'.

Appearances

  • Meth Bellator is a boss encountered in the Secret Path in Ys IX. Unlike its counterpart, it has been rendered immobile and is overgrown with moss.

Trivia

  • The names of this boss and its counterpart are a reference to the Jewish folktales of the golem.
