Origin
Derived from Islas Baleares, the Spanish name for the Balearic Islands located off the eastern coast of Spain which includes the islands of Mallorca and Ibiza.

- The Balares Sea is the name for the body of water to the west of Erebonia, which contains Bryonia Island.
