Origin
Zola is a given and family name of Italian origin, most famously borne by the French writer Émile Zola. Bertrand du Guesclin was a successful military commander in France during the Hundred Years' War, eventually holding the position of Constable of France under Charles V.
Appearances
- Zola is an alchemist who was a companion of Hrotsvitha's during the Hundred Years' War. Using his knowledge to survive for hundreds of years, he performs experiments to help realize his ambition of ending the Grimwald Night phenomenon and serves as the hidden antagonist of Ys IX.
